Below are the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the NORIS Hotel booking and pre-booking services.
Hotel booking
Reservations and cancellations are accepted only by writing, except for some cases (last minute bookings) at management’s discretion.
Booking services by email or telephone
When our guest uses this service, they’ll receive a booking confirmation by e-mail that includes all the details agreed.
The reservation is confirmed with the receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
In case of “last minute” reservations, the Management reserves to request the payment up to the full amount of the stay, which must be paid before the client arrives at the hotel, by credit card.
All room prices are in euros per person per day and include overnight stay and breakfast.
Guests over 18 years old will be charged a tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of the stay.
All the rooms in our hotel are non-smoking rooms.
Prices for any additional services (wellness, sports activities, excursions, etc.) will be indicated by the Management with a separate price list.
For short stays the Management can apply fixed supplements that will be communicated at the time of booking.
Reductions
3rd person in the room 20% (with 2 people paying at full price);
reductions for children in the third and fourth bed:
3rd and 4th bed: 0/2 years FREE (bed with parents) 2/12 years -50% adults -20%.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the room will be available from 12.00 am.
On the day of departure the room must be left within 10.00 a.m.
For the LATE CHECKOUT, subject to availability and approval by the management, a extra charge is applied.
Cancellation
In case of cancellations, the following cancellation charges will be charged:
Up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be recovered.
Up to 7 days before the date of arrival and no show, you are not entitled to the recovery of any amount paid.
Early departures
If the guest leave the hotel in advance, he will have to pay all the amount of the reservation.
Rules of minors
Minors under the age of 18 staying at the hotel must be accompanied by their parents, teachers or other duly authorized adults. The hotel staff may request documentation to identify adults such as parents / teachers / relatives as authorized persons.
Check-out
The management reserves to get the amount of the stay upon the client’s arrival, or, at the discretion, within the day before departure.
The price indicated on the Check-out will be the amount corresponding to the services provided, including the tourist tax.
Terms of payment
Cash (within the limits imposed by current legislation), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners), ATM.
