Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
These terms and conditions govern bookings and stays at Hotel Noris, located at Via Antonio Sogliuzzo 2, Ischia (NA), Italy.
2. Reservation
A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the hotel and, where required, payment of a deposit or guarantee by credit card.
Reservations and cancellations are accepted only in written form, except in specific cases (such as last-minute bookings) at the sole discretion of the management.
3. Booking Services by Email or Telephone
When using this service, guests will receive a booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp including all agreed details and booking confirmation procedures.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
For last-minute bookings, management reserves the right to request payment up to the full amount of the stay, which must be paid before arrival by credit card.
A city tax of €4.00 per person per night applies to guests over 18 years old. This tax is not included in the total price of the stay.
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking rooms.
Prices for additional services (wellness, sports activities, excursions, etc.) will be provided separately by the hotel through a dedicated price list.
4. Dogs and Pets
Pets are not allowed.
5. Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 12:00 PM.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out, subject to availability and management approval, is available at an additional charge.
6. Documents Upon Arrival
Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identification document.
7. Cancellations
In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:

Up to 7 days before arrival: the deposit may be refunded.

Less than 7 days before arrival and in case of no-show: no refund of any amount paid will be granted.
8. Early Departure
In the event of early departure, guests remain liable for payment of the full booked stay or the total quoted amount.
9. Rules for Minors
Guests under 18 years of age staying at the hotel must be accompanied by parents, teachers, or other duly authorized adults.
Hotel staff may request documentation proving that accompanying adults are authorized guardians.
10. Damage to the Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or common areas.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the related costs.
Guests are requested to check the room upon arrival and report any defects or missing items within 24 hours.
In case of lost keys, a reimbursement fee of €20.00 applies.
Copying room keys is strictly prohibited.
Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or the reception deposit service for valuables.
11. Payment During Check-out Procedure
Management reserves the right to request payment upon arrival or, at its discretion, no later than the day before departure.
The amount shown at check-out corresponds to services provided, including city tax.
12. Accepted Payment Methods
Cash (within legal limits), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners), debit card.
13. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control.
14. Noise Policy
Parties and excessive noise after evening hours are strictly prohibited.
15. Extra Guests
Access to rooms is not permitted to persons exceeding the maximum room occupancy.
Any extra guest access must be authorized by management upon presentation of a valid ID document.
